This location allows you a full panoramic view of the beautiful Sandy Shores, direct access to the open Alamo Sea, and a helipad so you can leave to anywhere. The one of a kind property is fully stacked with all the amenities, from business to party, and home life to relaxing this 5 level design has it all.

From an office with a grand table for 10 in your office to 4 full bedroom and bathroom and from a kitchen with a walk-in fridge to your own recording studio and a entire floor larger than most floor plans dedicated to hosting guests, this estate is sure to suit any of your needs from a forever home. To top the design off this project is fitted with the newest digital product from vercettigroup, "vercettigroup Home Control". A brand new home automation system integrated with our industry leading E-Z2 Slide Elevator System allowing the new owners of this location control of a wide variety of features across the entire property such as light control and audio & video, vehicle display and elevator features, door locks and security systems and more classified protection system provided from the Diopsis program. vercettigroup Home Control v1.0

A smart home control system for the Riverside Estate property. Wall-mounted touch panels and a handheld phone control the lights, doors, cameras, blinds, music and elevators across the whole estate.

What's included

• 32 wall panels 
• Handheld phone  -  opened by command or key
• 25 door locks - from the panel, or walk up and press a key
• 8 security cameras - live view, zoom, auto-pan, and motion alerts with sound toggle
• 21 motorised features - 13 sets of blinds, light wave, vehicle platforms
• 2 music zones - URLs or uploaded files,  zone volume, 3D spatial audio and EQ for uploaded files
• Video screen - URLs
• 2 elevators, 5 floors each - call panel, phone or tablet control
• Code-protected - a in-game editable public code to get in and an owner code for the security page
• Positional audio throughout - panels, doors, devices and elevators all heard at real distance

What you can change

Everything below is in an open config.lua:

• Turn any feature on or off cameras, blinds, doors, music, screens, elevators, phone
• Add your own music by dropping files into a folder
• Every volume and hearing distance, for each device type
• Swap any sound effect for your own
• Rebind every key
• Phone access by command, key, ACE permission or identifier whitelist
• Door and owner codes, in a separate server-only file

Requirements

• No framework required - works standalone on any server

* The "vercettigroup Home Control" system is v1.0, please use debug mode and report errors to the discord. * This map does NOT edit any vanilla files.
* This map model is designed as a combination of custom props similar to a YMAP file.
* All assets are encrypted and will only function with the FiveM server they are purchased for.
